Hervey Bay

Fraser Island

sunny 31 °C

We were 9 people, team turtle in a car on our way to woolworths to get ready for the big trip, we need food, drinks, and lots of it! Cass is happy! Cause we are going to Fraaaser island everybody ;) the world's largest island made of sand. yeesh. so thats some sandy stuff there! lets begin. so first nite, hmm. where shall i start. well after putting up the tents and sharing a box of goon with ida + some fun drinking games we all got a bit loud and tipsy. we moved to this other group that had camped just next to ours. so i wobbled to this crowd of people i dont know and jumped into the circle theyre sitting around going: HERE I AM! that's where the party started ;)

we had so much fun! met so many people i dont remember today. Got absolutely battered! thats all i can say about that nite actually. the following day we went for a ride with the car and i met mr.turtle, who seems awfully quiet. maybe he's just sleepin or.. dunno..

and this is where i thought i knew everything about 4W-driving.. oops. just kidding, hehe. our car actually broke, and the tide was coming closer and closer. so we got stuck on the beach after a good push..

2 cars eventually came and picked us up so we could go camping somewhere where it wasnt that much wind, nice! so we got into some sort of shelter before we started with the drinking games. the next day we went swimming in the cool lakes and then back to Hervey Bay. SHOWER!!!
